3. Usage Rules
- The property may only be used by the number of guests specified in the reservation.
- Any damage to the property may result in charges being billed to the user.
- Activities that violate applicable laws and regulations are strictly prohibited.
4. Cancellation and Modification
Reservation cancellations and modification conditions are evaluated within the scope of the Reservation Cancellation Policy.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Nex Point shall not be held liable for damages arising from user-related errors, force majeure events, or disruptions caused by third-party service providers.
6. Privacy and Data Protection

7. Right to Amend
