Reservation Cancellation Policy

At The Nex Point, we aim to provide our guests with a transparent and fair reservation experience. This Reservation Cancellation Policy regulates the cancellation, modification, and refund conditions for daily rental apartment reservations in KKTC (Northern Cyprus).

1. Reservation Confirmation

A reservation is confirmed upon full payment or receipt of the required deposit. Confirmed reservations indicate that the property is allocated for the specified dates.

2. Cancellation Requests

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or through the system. The cancellation date is considered based on the date the request is received by us.

3. Refund Conditions

  • Partial or full refunds may be applied for cancellations made within a specified period prior to the check-in date.
  • Refund conditions may be limited for cancellations made shortly before the accommodation date.
  • Service fees and bank charges may be excluded from refunds.

4. Date Modification

Reservation date changes may be made depending on availability. Any price differences will be communicated to the guest.

5. Force Majeure

In cases such as natural disasters, official restrictions, or circumstances beyond the control of the parties, cancellation and refund conditions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
